Our commitment

Senlac Environmental Solutions wants everyone who works with us to be able to use the SES Chain of Custody platform, including people with disabilities. We are working toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA.

What we do

• Design pages to work with keyboards, screen readers, browser zoom, and phone-sized screens.
• Offer light and dark themes and respect reduced-motion settings where supported.
• Review new features for accessibility and fix issues as we find them.

Known limitations

Some parts of the Platform, such as the visual process-flow designer, charts, camera barcode scanning, and uploaded files from third parties, may not yet be fully accessible. We will provide the same information or complete the same task for you another way on request.

If anything makes the Platform hard to use, email [email protected]. Tell us the page and what happened. We will reply within 5 business days and help you get what you need, including documents in an alternative format.
